SUGGESTED TIMELINE
1-2 Hour Rental Time

Remember to allow additional time with your photographer and if desired, to add personal decorative elements.
Adding a Micro Reception
Imagine relaxing in the backyard with your guests following your wedding ceremony. Maybe you’re playing bocci ball or snacking on appetizers. With your Backyard Host’s approval, you may invite a catering company to serve a Micro Reception. Consider serving post-ceremony appetizers, a wedding cake with a champaign toast, a festive boxed meal or a splashy micro wedding feast. A trusted friend who serves as a Guest Coordinator orchestrates the reception details.
What's provided?
You’ve made your choices, the attire, photographer, guest list and a backyard micro wedding. So, what’s included?
The Backyard Host provides:
❖ The beautiful Backyard Wedding Site
❖ Guest chairs set in your preferred configuration
❖ A guest restroom (maintaining home privacy)
❖ Gift table with ice water, glasses
❖ A wedding event sign
❖ Available parking
A Host may also provide:
❖ Additional non-rental tables
❖ A wedding party gathering room (not a dressing room)
NOTE: The Host does not provide food storage, access to their kitchen, nor reception setup or cleanup.
The Couple provides:
❖ An appointed friend (Guest Coordinator) who will welcome, seat and assist guests, direct the flow, communicate with vendors and monitor deliveries
❖ Officiant with their own voice amplifier
❖ Photographer
❖ BlueTooth Speaker (for pre-recorded music)
❖ Caterer for optional Micro Reception on Site
❖ Florist for additional flower arrangements
❖ Personalized decorations for backyard
❖ Beverages in ice coolers
NOTE: Additional rental company items require Host approval.
Reminder: Wedding Party arrives dressed for the wedding.
How to Reserve a Site
❖ Select one of our Backyard Sites
❖ Message the Host in the "Let's Chat" email box
❖ Include your rental date, time, and number of attendees
❖ The Host replies and invites an on-site tour
❖ You agree to our Reservation and Cancellation Policy
❖ A rental contract and first half-payment is confirmed
❖ Secure online payment
❖ Virtual or in-person planning is set with your Host
❖ Final payment is due 2 weeks before the wedding
❖ The Wedding is held
